Register TAMU Sponsor or Faculty/Staff Member

If you are TAMU faculty/staff member requesting to host a guest in a guest apartment at The Gardens, then you will be considered a SPONSOR when you make a request after registering.

If you are a TAMU faculty/staff member requesting to live at The Gardens in a faculty/staff apartment, then you will be considered a EMPLOYEE RESIDENT when you make a request after registering.

You may have two unique log-ins if you desire (i.e one to use as a sponsor and one to use as an on-campus resident), but whether you choose to have one log-in or two, you must provide a first and last name and register a unique username (email) and password combination to request on-campus housing accomdations for a guest or yourself.

We will reach out to you after you have created a user account and requested housing to validate your identity.

Please remember your username (email you provide) and password as this will be how you log-in to request housing, sign contracts, and make payments.

The email you provide to us as a username, does not have to be your TAMU email. This is your choice. However, we will be asking for your TAMU email later, and will use your TAMU email to aide us in validating your identity.
